Investigational Therapy for Retinal Disease
DURAVYU™ offers a multi-mechanism of action for the treatment of serious retinal diseases. DURAVYU™ combines vorolanib, a differentiated and patent protected, tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) formulated in proprietary, next-generation bio-erodible Durasert E™ for sustained intraocular delivery.
DURAVYU™ has been conditionally accepted by the FDA as the proprietary name for EYP-1901. DURAVYU™ is an investigational product; it has not been approved by the FDA. FDA approval and the timeline for potential approval is uncertain.
